Ways to cheat yourself to become a person in the morning
There are two types of people in this world: those who wake up awake, all the sun and cheers, surrounded by lively and animated birds, and those who whistle and retreat at dawn, snuggling more into our beds as scruffy ghouls. If you fall into the second category and prefer to learn to be a person in the morning, life can be difficult. The society is aimed at early risers: school and work usually start around 8 am, and it can take time, and quantities of medically questionable coffee before nocturnal owls can fully function.
But if you are a creature of the night, are you doomed to a life of dazed mornings, or is it possible to change?
To a certain extent, genetics determines to depend on how early it wakes up. A study conducted in 2016 by the consumer genetics company 23 and Me identified 15 areas of the human genome that are linked to being an early riser. They found that having only one of these 15 genetic variants could increase the likelihood of someone being a morning person between five and 25 percent. Experts point out, however, that being an early bird or a night owl is not a situation, it's a scale, with people falling somewhere on a spectrum.
In addition, the circadian rhythms, our internal body clocks, are adaptable, which means that although we may be predisposed to stay awake and sleep later, it is possible to change our sleep patterns.
However, changing our sleep habits can be difficult, and what works for one person may not work for another. Then, a user decided to use their Creditors partners to get answers. Below are some of their suggestions on how to train to be a person in the morning.
